What is NeuralBlocks.AI?
NeuralVerse (learn) and BlocksVerse (build) in one place: structured learning through to real projects and outcomes.
How do I create an account?
Use Sign Up on the homepage, add email and password, then verify your email. Free tracks are available immediately; paid tracks unlock after purchase.
Free vs paid tracks?
Free tracks cover foundations. Paid (PRO) tracks add full curriculum, deeper projects, reviews, certificates, and career-oriented features where applicable.
Learning
How is content organised?
Tracks use categories → topics → modules and projects. Complete modules and quizzes; submit projects where required.
Where is my progress?
Progress saves as you go. See it on Learning and on your learner dashboard (stats, streak, completions).
How do projects work?
Hands-on briefs with requirements. Submit as instructed (e.g. repo link). Review and feedback may apply for graded paths.
Account & billing
Payments?
Cards, debit, and UPI via Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers.
Refunds?
7-day money-back on track purchases in line with our policy. Contact support within that window.
Password or subscription?
Change password in Profile or Settings. Cancel subscriptions from account settings; access already paid for typically continues until the period ends.
Technical
Browsers and devices?
Use a current Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Coding and projects are best on desktop. Allow cookies and JavaScript.
Content not loading?
Check your connection, try another browser or private window, and disable extensions that block scripts. If it persists, contact support with your browser and OS.
