By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, learners, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NeuralBlocks.AI is an integrated education-to-innovation platform that combines:

• NeuralVerse (Learn): Advanced educational programs in AI, robotics, programming, electronics, and frontier technologies
• BlocksVerse (Build): Tools and platforms to transform learning into deployable robots, autonomous systems, and hardware-software solutions
• Interactive learning modules, coding exercises, quizzes, and hands-on projects
• Community features, project submissions, and peer collaboration
• Certificates, career guidance, and placement assistance

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. By creating an account, you consent to our collection of your public IP address during signup to determine your approximate country for form pre-filling, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service. You may not create an account if you are prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content on NeuralBlocks.AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, course materials, and code examples, is the property of NeuralBlocks.AI or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our content
• Create derivative works for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our content to train competing AI models or services

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create, submit, or post on our platform (such as project submissions, code, comments, or feedback). By submitting content, you grant NeuralBlocks.AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party and that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

6.1 Pricing

We offer both free and paid tracks. Pricing for paid tracks is displayed on our Plans page. All prices are in the currency specified and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect purchases already made.

6.1.1 Currency Conversion and Rounding

When you pay in a currency other than USD, prices are converted from USD using prevailing exchange rates. Our payment processor requires a minimum of 1 unit of the chosen currency per transaction. If the converted amount is less than 1 unit (for example, 0.75 BHD), it will be rounded up to 1 unit, and you will be charged the rounded amount. The checkout page will notify you when this applies and show the final amount before you confirm payment.

6.2 Payment Terms

By purchasing a track, you agree to pay the specified price. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for track purchases. To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. After 7 days, refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

6.4 Subscription Cancellation

If you have a subscription, you may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to purchased tracks after cancellation, but will not be charged for future periods.

7. Certificates and Credentials

Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of a track, including all required modules, quizzes, and projects. Certificates are digital and verifiable. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we discover fraud, plagiarism, or violation of these Terms. Certificates are for personal use and may not be used to misrepresent qualifications or credentials.

8. Project Submissions and Reviews

When you submit projects for review:

• You represent that the work is your own or that you have proper authorization to submit it
• You grant us permission to review, evaluate, and provide feedback on your submission
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request revisions to submissions
• Approved projects may be featured (with your consent) in our portfolio or marketing materials
• We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of your project implementations

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service
• Job placement, salary guarantees, or career outcomes

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that results will be achieved. Educational outcomes vary based on individual effort, background, and circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURALBLOCKS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeuralBlocks.AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit or post on the Service

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account deletion features. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, but provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

• First, good faith negotiation between the parties
• If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws
• Arbitration shall be conducted in English and the venue shall be as mutually agreed

15.2 Severability

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
